We offer two different services to suit everyone’s requirements:
FINDERS FEE ONLY 4%
Our finders fee is inclusive of a valuation on your property, full marketing, finding and vetting the best tenants, managing deposits through My Deposits Scheme, lease, photographic condition report with an inventory and handover.
FINDERS & MANAGEMENT 5% MONTHLY
Our monthly fee of just 5% is inclusive of all of the above and ongoing management of your property; to include property inspections, tenant communications, maintenance and handling issues.
